The UGACOQ Member Portal (ugacoq.org, and the "UGACOQ" Android app, package org.ugacoq.app) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form, anywhere on our platform.

1. Our Standard

The Ugandan Community in Qatar ("UGACOQ", "we", "us") explicitly and unconditionally prohibits any content, communication, or conduct on the UGACOQ Member Portal that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or abuses children. This includes, without limitation:

• Uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM in any format
• Sexualized commentary about, or grooming of, a minor
• Using the Community Board, Messages, Friends, profile photos, or any other feature to contact, solicit, or endanger a child
• Any other conduct prohibited by Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy or applicable law in Qatar or Uganda

This standard applies to every feature of the Portal that carries user-generated content or communication: the Community Board, direct Messages, Friend requests, profile and listing photos, and event/ticket features.

2. Who Can Use the Portal

The Portal is intended for adult members of the Ugandan community in Qatar (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly register, or knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18. See our Privacy Policy for details on the information we collect.

3. How to Report a Concern

Anyone — member or not — can report suspected CSAE, CSAM, or any content/conduct that endangers a child, through any of the following:

• In the Member Portal: every business, property/vehicle, and job listing has a "Report" action that notifies UGACOQ administrators immediately; leaders can review and remove reported content directly.
• Complaint / Petition form: ugacoq.org/complaint.html — open to members and the public, routed directly to UGACOQ leadership for investigation.
• Direct email: info@ugacoq.org, or our dedicated Child Safety point of contact below.

We review every report of this nature as a priority. Confirmed violations result in immediate removal of the content, termination of the responsible member's account, and — where required by law — a report to the relevant law enforcement authority (including, where applicable, Qatar's Ministry of Interior and/or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).
